Hey! I just recently accepted a job at Fordham University and am blindly moving up from the south. I’d say I’m pretty easy to live with, only ask the basics. Clean living space, and someone who isn’t up all hours of the night. I don’t smoke but all good with having a drink. I keep hearing avoid the Bronx at all costs, so im pretty open to location as long as its not an extreme commute to campus.
