Hello! We are currently looking for a roommate who is 27+ clean, chill, responsible with no additional pets. Private room available in a shared apartment for $790 per month, with a $1,000 security deposit. Utilities like WiFi and electricity are not included in the rent. The room is spacious and has two closets for plenty of storage. You will be sharing a bathroom. The apartment includes a community pool, on-site laundry, and has freeway access right next door, making commuting easy. Parking is not included with the room. Off street parking is available. This is a clean, relaxed, and friendly home with my roommate & I who work full schedules. The household is 420 friendly, but smoking is only allowed outdoors. Looking for a female roommate who is at least 27 years old, clean and tidy, without pets, who enjoys a chill vibe at home and doesn’t bring the party home.
