Hi, I’m a creative, quiet person, (no tv, just stream with AirPods/earphones in & mind my own business), no drama, animal lover, I like kids too, clean, I clean everyday, generous, like you want some of my ice cream, go ahead & have some, not petty, responsible pet owner and I’m looking for a cheap room in a safe neighborhood to rent.
I can do housecleaning, house-sitting, pet-sitting, weed pulling &/or kid-sitting for even cheaper rent.
I hardly drink, maybe once or twice a year I’ll have a drink or two, I don’t smoke, I embrace diversities in others, and get along with most people, but I am a quiet introvert/loner.
I’m health conscious but not overly obsessed with it, & I’m just trying to find cheaper rent so I can catch up on my bills, start/finish some projects-I have some children’s books I’d like to write/illustrate and finish a ceramic sculpture, so this lady can sell it for me.
I would love to have a ground floor room, & a small part of a yard or patio to work on my sculpture.
I usually don’t have people over, but instead just meet my friends for coffee or art shows & dinner.
I try to respect my roommates and their privacy.
Right now, we have to move by the 29th, because they are tearing building down.
