About Me

Hello!
My name is Ashley and I'm a teacher. My partner, Riley, and I are looking for someone to fill the 2nd bedroom in a 2bed, 1 bath condo apt. We live in Alpine Village and our lease renews Sept 5th but the space could be available sooner. Our roommate is moving out because of some family/work stuff so they'd like to hand off the lease sooner if possible.

About the space:
Unfurnished room with a shared bathroom that is in the hallway. Hardwood floors throughout the whole house. We are happy to share the kitchen supplies as we are basically covered there. Some more plates and bowls may be necessary though. We do have a second full sized fridge that will allow everyone to have plenty of space!
Laundry, gym, pool, and hot tub are all available through the complex.
Parking is an additional $25 for a spot.
Rent would be $1025. Utilities would be split per person on top of that. Deposit is $250

About us:
Riley is a data engineer in Lakeside. He is pretty introverted and likes TTRPGs and video games. He spends most of his week at work and occasionally at the gym.
I am a preschool teacher. I work 40+ hours a week and commute with Riley most days so were usually both out at the same times. I also like videogames and TTRPGs but I like to spend more of my free time outdoors, especially hiking.
Yurei is my ESA. He has gotten along great with our other roommates and is a serious cuddle bug. He doesn't really howl or bark but he doesn't like to play. He's lived with cats/dogs before but it would be best to do introductions at a park first.
