I own the apartment and have lived here for 7 years. I'm a sustainable business professional. I've traveled and lived abroad and am very respectful about privacy, noise, and cleanliness. I'm neat, friendly, laissez-faire, quiet, and early-to-bed, early-to-rise. I'm an environmentalist so I compost and, in summer, grow vegetables, flowers, fruit, & herbs on my private terrace (of very limited use to you) -- a treat if you like to eat what I like to cook (I'm vegetarian/vegan and love trying my hand at all kinds of international cuisines). I also have a fantastic 4 1/2 year-old cat named Ziggy Stardust who has the run of the place. Finally, I live upstairs in an open plan loft space and work there too. I like alone-time and assume you do too; even though I work from home, I make sure to get out regularly to ensure you have space and peace.

Very bright, homey, hyper-convenient 1 BR + loft w/ 24-hour doorman, elevator, laundry room, bike storage & storage in the basement (for extra fees to the building), skylight in the living room, & rooftop terrace for the building that is down the hall (open May-Oct).

I'm seeking a non-smoking, kind, very clean, quiet, and respectful roommate who's a great communicator. FEMALE and PROFESSIONAL ONLY.

You will have a, fully-furnished private room, just off the living room. It has southern exposure w/ partial views of Grace Church & the Freedom Tower. It has a queen bed, ample storage, bookshelf, WiFi, self-controlled HVAC, white noise machine, Sonos speaker, and south-facing windows. Utilities included in the price as well as WiFi, basic cable + Showtime. The living room TV has a Chromecast - that you'd preferably use with your Bluetooth headphones - but you can also watch TV/cable/Showtime using the Spectrum account and your computer. There's an elevator, 24-hour doorman, dishwasher, and laundry in the building. My place is 3 blocks from Union Sq & Washington Sq Parks.
