I’m a 24 year old investment banker current living in Murray hill and am looking to sign a new lease in April or May. I met my last roommate on Diggz and we became fast friends! Unfortunately for me, she’s moving in with her boyfriend so I’m looking for a new apartment. I have an adorable cat named Lily (I keep all of her things in my room, so you have all the benefits of having a pet but none of the responsibilities!) I’m looking to live in a luxury building (gym/doorman/elevator) and am open to neighborhoods (thinking of Fidi, UES, Chelsea, midtown East). I’m easy going but like to keep common areas clean.
