Hey y'all! I'm from Maine, lived in Atlanta for 6 years, and moved to Brooklyn about a year ago. I work in Red Hook and you can usually find me running by the waterfront or hanging out at the Ice House patio. I love brownies, horror movies, cider and medieval art. Looking for a roommate in Red Hook!

This is a two-room space in the historic Monarch Luggage Factory lofts in Red Hook on the 2nd floor. One room is perfect for a bedroom and will easily fit a queen bed and wardrobe, and gets nice light from the huge window below. The other room makes a great TV room and hangout space. The living room, kitchen, and dining area downstairs are huge and airy, and the skylights provide gorgeous light. The shared bathroom is large. There is an extra storage area above the front door that's accessible by ladder. I have some furniture (couch, chair and ottoman, dining room set), but the space is big enough to fit your own as well.
The building has a seriously massive rooftop, and laundry in the building on each floor. The complex also has a gated courtyard. The street is quiet and there is never a problem finding parking (if you have a car like I do!), and Coffey Park is directly across the street. Walking distance to Fairway, and a ton of awesome bars and restaurants.
My good friends and their pup currently live here. I'll be taking over the lease and moving in mid-September or early October, so I'm looking for a roommate starting then (but flexible!).
