-3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house (You will share the upstairs bathroom with 1 other person)

-Rent: $950

-located in Cranston, RI close to the 6/10 highways and 95

-Quiet and safe neighborhood

-Off street parking for one car per roommate

-Adorable small backyard with patio and grill

-Fully furnished house

-Room is unfurnished

-Ample storage, including basement

-Gas heat (baseboards) and brand-new gas stove

-RI Energy electric

-Verizon internet

-Large kitchen equipped with all appliances (air fryer, microwave, toaster oven, multiple crockpots, Instant Pot, Keurig)

-Free washer/dryer in the basement

-All split utilities. Budget about $200-250 per person depending on the time of year. Electric has increased across the board unfortunately with RI Energy being a monopoly.

-No pets unfortunately. I have 2 Guinea pigs who live in the breezeway and 1 very friendly cat

-LGBTQ+ friendly, BLM

-Nonsmoker

-12 month lease minimum with security deposit; might be open to a shorter lease for the right person.

-Females preferred

-Looking for someone quiet, clean, who keeps to themself, doesn’t often have people over

I’m preferably looking for 1 female roommate. Folks who work night shift are VERY welcome and I can make sure the space is quiet during the day for you to sleep.
