Looking for a roommate to fill a room in my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment
This 2nd floor apartment is nestled in the heart of Federal Hill. Situated on a side street off of Atwells Ave, it is near plenty of great eats, a Walgreens, and is a quick walk from a Pricerite. It offers in unit laundry, mini splits in both bedrooms and living room, and has a dishwasher. Cats are allowed.
Rent is $995/month not including utilities for a 1 year lease.
