I have a beautiful bedroom completely furnished with full size bed, chester drawers, desk, refrigerator, and includes a walk in closet and private bath. The single family home is lakefront property. We are located in the Stonegate community near Lone Star College on Barker Cypress in Cypress, Texas.
The rent is $500 per month which includes all electricity, water, washer & dryer access, high speed internet access via wifi, and driveway parking.
No excess drinking and no smoking please and renter is preferably a female. To secure the room a deposit of $200 is required of which $50.00 is used for the background check/reference check and is non-refundable. The remaining $150 will be refunded when you move out.
The 1st month rent of $500.00 is required upon move-in. I'm looking for a reliable, and responsible person to share my house.
