Hi! Looking for a roommate to get a new place together. Trying to cut down on expenses. Not sure if the monthly budget includes utilities but my budget is strictly rent only. Looking for someone who can do a long term lease. Finding a new roomie every year is a pain. Would like someone I can get along with. We don't have to be besties but would like someone who wouldn't mind getting dinner every once in awhile or talking about our day. I'm friendly and pretty easygoing. I have a variety of interests- music, movies, festivals, food, tv, board games. I cook most of my meals. Might be able to move as late as February. I'm kind of open when it comes to location. Just not too far north like Cypress, Tomball, Spring, or Woodlands. Anything else you want to know, please get in touch. Thanks!
