I am a 23 y/o young professional preparing to move to NYC (from Chicago) to be closer to my boyfriend. I love my job and am hoping to transfer to their New York office. I am always clean (because I believe it's considerate to those I live with) and hope to have a clean roommate, too. I'm also conversational and friendly, but I try not to be overbearing about it. Ideally, I'd be with 1-2 other people in a tidy, cozy apartment where we are pleasant and direct with each other. My boyfriend lives alone so I'll likely spend lots of time there (especially when I first move), but I'd also like to have him over.
