Looking to find 2 roommates mid-late 20s to fill a 3 bed/1.5 bath in Capitol Hill/Eastern Market September 1st!

I’ve lived here for the past 2 years and have liked it a lot, but sadly my roommates are moving out this year. This is a great location with an easy commute to the Capitol, 5 min walk to CVS or Safeway, 10 min walk to Trader Joe’s, the metro, and Eastern Market. The house has an in unit washer/dryer, central AC, a front garden and back yard, private parking space plus ample street parking, floor to ceiling bookshelves, storage and more!

A bit about me: I’m 27 and moved to DC two years ago for work. I WFH Monday, Thursday, and Friday and like to keep common areas clean, though my personal room can get messy (I keep the door shut tho so you won’t have to see it haha). I love movies, dive bars, and wandering around DC. I’d love to live with people that are open to being friends!
