Hi Everyone! My name is Mark and I'm looking for a roommate to move into a 2br/1bath at Rosslyn Heights.

Context: My current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend so I am looking for someone to renew the lease with me. The current lease ends on September 7th, and I need to renew within 60 days, so I am looking for a roommate by July 7th. The move-in date would be September 8th or possibly earlier.

Price: The current monthly rent is $1,412 with utilities adding around $100 per person. The security deposit is only $175 per person and there are no amenity, application, or move-in fees since it's a renewal.

Apartment: Large 1,044 sq ft apartment has lots of natural light, a fireplace for the winter, and a lovely balcony on the apartment complex's top floor with great summer views. Central heating and AC are also available year-round. A washer and dryer are included in the unit.

Your room would be 12'11 X 10 with a good amount of furniture to share in the living room, but happy to redecorate!

Location: Rosslyn Heights is roughly 9 minutes away from the Rosslyn Metro station and 14 minutes away from the Courthouse station. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area with nearly a dozen within a 4 minute walk. CVS and Safeway are also 6 minutes away along with some nearby gyms too. The apartment complex has a 24-hour gym, pool, and study room with printers if needed. The building offers parking too including in the garage.

About me: I'm 28 and spend my free time playing in soccer and kickball leagues around town, bouldering or playing video games. I work for a government consulting firm in DC after I got my Master's in Organizational Leadership from George Washington University. I am really passionate about traveling and tend to do so throughout the year.

You: Looking for someone in their 20s or early 30s, open to both male or female. Ideally, I'd like to be friends with my roommate, I also value clear communication and cleanliness. I don't have a pet but if you do that's a bonus!
