I'm a young professional looking for a new living situation. I clean up after myself, and make sure not to leave my belongings in common areas (although I'm happy to share gaming consoles, furniture, my 3d printer, etc). I have an active social life and would like to be able to have friends over regularly, who I will make sure respect the space and clean up after them. I don't smoke or have pets, but I'm happy to share space with others who do.
