Looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment in St. Louis Park. Rent is $750/month for the available room.
Internet and electricity are not included in rent and will be split separately between roommates.

• Additional off-street parking is also available. The apartment complex has a private parking lot that residents may use.

• Available bedroom features a large sliding glass patio door that provides plenty of natural light and direct access to the patio. A portable air conditioner with a sliding-door vent kit is included to help keep the room comfortable during warmer weather.
• Convenient access to nearby biking trails
• Located near the new light rail line currently under construction
Pets
Pets are welcome. Dogs must be well-mannered, friendly around people and other animals, and not prone to excessive or disruptive barking. Because this is a shared living space and the apartment complex has quiet hours, pets should not create ongoing noise disturbances for roommates or neighbors.
A refundable pet deposit will be required as a precaution against potential damages.
About Me
I'm a gay Asian guy in my 30s who's pretty laid-back and easy to get along with. I'm somewhat of a homebody and enjoy spending my free time relaxing at home, watching TV, gaming, listening to music, and hanging out with friends. I value good communication, paying bills on time, and helping keep shared spaces reasonably clean. I'm not looking for a party house, but I also don't expect complete silence.
About the Household
Ideally, you're someone who pays rent on time, cleans up after yourself, communicates well, and is respectful of shared spaces.
This isn't a silent household where everyone stays in their room all day, but it's also not a place for frequent parties or excessive noise. Having guests over is fine—just communicate ahead of time so everyone is aware and comfortable with what's going on in the apartment.
Occasional visitors are welcome, but I'm not looking for a situation where significant others or guests are staying overnight on a regular basis.
The apartment complex has quiet hours that all residents are expected to follow.
I'm looking for someone who contributes fairly to shared household responsibilities. That includes helping with household trash, handling your own recycling, and sharing the cost of common household supplies and other shared necessities.
No smoking inside the apartment. Vaping is okay.
