Available Room for Rent

Our 3rd roommate is moving on so we are looking for someone long term to take over her lease which ends in Oct, but would love someone to resign then. The room is honestly an amazing steal with floor to (really, really tall)ceiling windows that go up 2 floors and an included wardrobe. The entire apt is super bright in a new building with central air/heat and a balcony off the living room. We are between the J and the A/C lines and you can make it to the city in about 20 mins if you time it right. We are two cancer girls, age 26 and 27 who both work in fashion overtime. We get along really well and are hoping for someone who can help maintain our chill apt environment which is very quiet mostly, but sometimes we will have a movie night/hungover movie Sunday and would love for you to join in. Our ideal roommate is another girl in her mid-late 20s who is cool and considerate and values a comforting home environment as much as we do.
