Room for Rent in Cow Hollow (Month to Month)

I am looking for a roommate for my 2BR, 1BA apt. in Cow Hollow. My current roommate is moving out at the end of May. The room is moderately sized with great natural light, its own closet, and will be unfurnished. There is wall to wall carpet, shared living space with a couch and kitchen table, a large kitchen, and a bathroom. No laundry in the building but laundry and dry cleaning are only a few blocks away. There is no garage if you have a car, but there are always plenty of options to park on the street.

The apartment is in a 3-story building at the end of the shops on Union, is four blocks from Chestnut, and one block from Fillmore. There are 3 muni busses (22, 41 and 45) that have stops within blocks of the apartment. It is also a short walk from Barry’s, Soul Cycle, Rumble and many Yoga studios. Safeway and Trader Joe’s are only a mile away, and there is also a grocery store within walking distance, Marina Market, on Chestnut.

A little bit about me, I am in my mid-20s, grew up in San Francisco, and went to school in Massachusetts and L.A. I work in construction, so I am out of the apartment early. When I am not at work, I am working out, playing sports or up in Tahoe. I am clean and respect other’s private space, and am looking for a roommate who is clean, respects other’s private space as well. Unfortunately no pets are allowed in the building, and I’m not looking for any couples, sorry. And no smoking or drugs allowed in building.
