I'm a writer, educator and meditation guide bridging the gap between heart-based wisdom and accessible storytelling. I partner with major wellness platforms to write articles, record guided meditation and produce courses to support souls on their spiritual awakening, emotional healing and intuitive development journeys.

I am also a public school educator and author of a memoir, Awake, about my own waking up and embodiment journeys as well as Upside Down World, a children’s book exploring the paradoxes of life.

I'm also a neat freak, mostly in my room meditating and deeply empathetic, HSP. I'm looking for a conscious, self-aware female roommate.
