Sifat K - $500/month

I'm a male, a Bangladeshi student, practising muslim, try to follow the basic rule & mandatory 5 times prayer, very clean, well-respectful, cheerful and easygoing person. Ideally looking for a place that's close to public transit and basic amenities. My budget is around 400-500 (including all utilities), can't exceed 500 due to some issues, and I’m hoping to move in from first September.
