Hello, hello! If you're coming across this page, it's because you're looking to lease a room. I think I could be what you're looking for! I currently have my own 2 bedroom, 2 washroom condo (I own) and I am looking for someone to live with me. The condo is located at the main intersection of Queen and Dufferin. My place is fully furnished, except the bedroom, which would be yours. We would share the living room and kitchen area which I have fully furnished (trendy) and the condo is only three years old! We also have a washer and dryer inside the unit, along with a balcony. The building faces the CN Tower which is an incredible skyline view. I am looking for not just a roommate, but someone I could get along with and be friends with too. I think that having a strong relationship with someone you live with is extremely important. As a landlord, of course I would like someone who is quiet and courteous, respectful, mature, clean and tidy. This would be discussed during a potential interview though. All in all, I am not in any means looking to make any profit off the house; I am just looking to make ends meet and split all of the expenses in half. To get to know a little more about myself, I do work many hours during the week and long days, so I get home late evenings. The house will feel like its all yours on weekdays, since I usually just come home to sleep (lol). I am a very clean person and clean the house twice a week. I do have a pet dwarf bunny who is super loving to be around. Looking for someone who could match my cleanliness without having to ask them! The process of finding a roommate is difficult. But if you believe that you match this criteria, I would be happy to chat! Price includes the lease, along with cable and internet. (Hydro not included, we would split that price each month based on how much hydro we consume)
