About Me

Hi! My roommate and I are looking for 2 additional roommates in a 3 story townhouse in Santa Monica. The rooms are $1800 per month and include private bathrooms- the master bath has a walk in closet and jacuzzi tub. It is unfurnished and a 12 month lease. There is a security entrance with intercom and parking is two spaces off-street in an underground garage with remote control entry. The living room has a two-story atrium ceiling and there is a separate loft/office/den that overlooks the living room. Washer/Dryer is in unit. There is also a private outdoor balcony and rooftop patio.

My roommate is an MBA student and I am a student at Ucla. I play tennis in my free time and we are both neat and respectful roommates, and would like roommates who share our values and driven mindsets.
