Retired heath professional of LA. County 60 +, seeking a room (preferably with a private bath but not necessary) is seeking a room in a house if possible (will consider apt. share in large place.) Has no pets. In good health. VERY quiet person. Prefer Torrance but can be anywhere in the South Bay.

Has good credit, no criminal record and no evictions. Keep busy with church and other activities, so will be out most of the time, mainly for sleeping. Takes no drugs and doesn't drink alcohol or smoke, does not need cooking privileges but would like to be able to use fridge. Prefer fully finished but can buy furniture if necessary. Prefer to pay no more than $1800.

Although I don't need move until Sept. 23, if I like the place and you have it ready Sept.1, I may pay ahead of time before I move in.

I am looking for long term, and can stay longer than a year.
