**A little about the other tenant! He's a mid 30's working professional in the Denver area. Spends many hours working as a Field Biologist for a consulting firm and hours are sporadic; sometimes going into the field and other times working from home. Also plays and teaches Drums in his spare time! But is never overly noisy when other people are home. He's very down to earth and friendly, interested in sharing a beer and a chat here and there or maybe even cooking a meal together sometimes. Looking for someone who's financially stable, got some personality, and will respect the owner's house like it was their own.
