I'm looking for a laid back, down to earth, considerate, responsible, low drama kind of person to share this great house with.
I'm cis-gendered, hetero male, use he/him pronouns, and am accepting of all genders, orientations, races, and ethnicities. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor working in Broomfield, and my work is pretty intense so prefer my home to be a peaceful place to decompress. I enjoy hiking, motorcycling, and playing music, etc. My last career was in architecture, and I enjoy making my home a nice space to be in. I'm philosophically agnostic but align w/ Buddhism and have been meditating for over 25 years. I tend to get along better with liberal minded people. I would love to have a dog again, but the landlord won't allow it, so sorry, no pets.

Looking for a great roommate to share this 2300sf, 4br, 2.5 bath home on the border of Westminster and Broomfield. You would get 2 of the bedrooms and your own full bath. We would share a nice open kitchen/dining/family area. Fenced yard w/ patio and grill. 2 car garage and basement storage. Super convenient location near 120th and Sheridan. Landlord is very friendly and responsive. 420 friendly, but no smoking inside. The landlord will require a background check through his leasing company. Utilities included in rent price.
