The location is very convenient when it comes to commuting. We are 5 min walk away from the three subway stations (E, R, N, W, 7, G, M lines) and bus stops. There are a grocery stores, restaurants, and parks within a few blocks. We also have a Planet Fitness very close by.

Rent is 1100/month and is roughly 1200/month with the cost of utilities.
