ROOMMATE(S) NEEDED
Looking for 1 to 2 roommates to apartment hunt with for a June 1st move-in.

The Rundown: My name is Corbin and I'm a financial analyst at a large book publisher. I'm moving back to NYC after 2 years of working remotely from Massachusetts. I mostly keep to myself on the weekdays but I consider myself a social person who's always down to hang out for a bit and shoot the shit. When I'm not working you'll find me reading, working out, cooking dinner, or going out with friends. I also appreciate a good night in. My work schedule is your normal M-F, 9-5. I go into the office about 3 days a week.

PREFERENCES
- 1 Year Lease
- $1400 Monthly MAX/person.
- 30 Minute Commute to Midtown (+/- 5 minutes)
- No more than 3 roommates (Me, you, and another)
- Apartment in Brooklyn or Queens (ideally Williamsburg/Greenpoint/Bushwick/LIC/Astoria but I'm open to other neighborhoods).
STUFF TO KNOW
- I prefer a tidy home, not a clean freak but clean dishes, etc. are a must.
- Usually get up around 8am and sleep around 11pm.
- I like to have people over occasionally, but not frequently. Would prefer not to host any parties, but if we wanna have one every once in awhile, I'm down.
- No cats. I'd prefer no pets at all, but they're not a deal breaker.
- Overall I'm an easygoing guy. I'm respectful of noise/cleanliness and expect my roommates to be the same.
