Hi we are looking for roommate for a single room & private bathroom. someone who is clean and peaceful. We don’t really host or throw parties, and my other roommate is the same way. We enjoy a quiet and calm household where everyone enjoys their routines/downtime but keeps it friendly and easygoing. With that said we don’t mind if you have a few friends over occasionally we just ask that it doesn’t turn into frequent gatherings or weekend parties.
