Hello,

I am looking for a room for a desk and bed and clothes of course. A private bath would be major plus.

I mostly go into the office from 7am-5pm. And go to the gym before work then shower at work. I grocery shop and cook and do Sunday food prep. I enjoy cooking and you will benefit from the goodies. If you have an idea for a meal I'll make it my mission to execute it as authentic as possible.

Anyway I am trustworthy, clean, and quiet. I enjoy music but I can use headphones if that's an issue. I'm handy, I've owned homes for over 21 years but I need a room for now.

You will be paid promptly without issue.
