Hi! I’m Kimberly, and I am looking for a roommate to share a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home in Leander, Texas! The house is 1,864 sq ft with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your own space. Some utilities are included. There are two rooms available. You can rent the second room as an office or additional storage/living space for an extra $350 (no additional roommates). Some amenities are included, making it an even better deal. Smoking is welcome outside, but unfortunately I am not able to accommodate pets at this time. If you're looking for a comfortable home in a great area, with a big yard, no HOA, and chill neighbors, let's chat!

North Creek is a quiet, safe neighborhood with no HOA, with easy access to Devine Lake Park and Benbrook Ranch Park.
Leander Station (Cap MetroRail Red Line) is a short drive away to the Domain or downtown Austin.
PROXIMITY & COMMUTE
North Austin corridor: About 20-25 minutes to the Domain and the North Austin employer corridor via 183. 2243 and Hwy 29 are easily accessible to I35
Groceries: HEB is a three-minute drive and easily accessible via walking or bike.
Major roads: Easy access to Hwy 183 and 183A Toll.
Shopping: Sheils, 1890 Ranch, Costco, and H Mart are about 15-20 minutes away.
