Cozy Apartment off South Congress
Hey hey everyone :) Looking for a female roommate for my 2bd/2ba apartment located right off South Congress and East Oltorf.
Move-in dates are flexible from mid April to early May. You would need to get added to the current lease that ends Feb 2024 (~10 months.) If you're looking for a short term lease (3-6 months) I'm open to that as well.
You would only need furniture for your bedroom, since the rest of the apt is fully furnished with all of the homey addins (perfect for someone who is new to Austin or just holding off on investing in furniture/decor for the time being.) Rent would be $1138/mo plus utilities/internet for your portion. The complex has an attached, gated parking garage, that is included in the rent price. Optional storage unit is also available.
I also have the sweetest cat named Piper, who's easygoing and never attacks you (trust me, I was not a cat person before her.) Happy to have another cat in the apartment, but dogs would be another conversation.
The location is solid. 9 min from downtown, 10 min to the airport (AUS), 15-20 min max from everything else. Ubers typically range from $9-$12 if you're wanting a night out. The area is pretty walkable if you go down S Congress and there's an HEB right across the street.
