Spacious 2BR apartment in Park Slope

The place: Spacious, 2BR overlooking Park Slope's 5th Ave. Railroad design w/ rooms on opposite ends of the apartment. No shared walls! It's so big we may not even realize the other is home. Dates flexible, month-to-month available.

The room: 13ftx13ft(-ish). Fully furnished: Bed, sheets, pillows, towels, desk, chair, dresser, closet. Kitchen supplies. A/C and Heaters. Projector and stereo. Everything + FIOS/Electricity/Water/Heat included in price.

Me: Single guy. Early 40s. I have a soccer ball and a couple of bikes. I work in medicine (no WFH). I'm out of the house by 6:45am, back home around 7:30pm.

You: Clean. Interesting. Up for the occasional drink.

Amenities: Park Slope, and its marquee drag, 5th Avenue, don't suck, which is to say you have several bars and restaurants to choose from (including one just a flight of stairs away). Grocery store across the street. Pizza served on paper plates. Pizza served with fork/knife. You get the idea... the area has it going on!
