My roomie and I are looking for someone to replace my roommate in a 3 bed/2 bathroom apartment. Flexible move in between December 8th and January 1st.

Rent: $1200 (+ deposit $1200)
Location: Mid-City near Pico/Robinson and walking distance to Beverly Hills

About the roommates:
-Full time creatives and entertainment industry professional
-Responsible
-Clean
-Considerate
-Sweet and Fun

Future Roommate:
- In their mid twenties to early thirties (woman preferred)
-Professional or Student
-Clean
-Considerate
-Looking for someone long-term, 6-months to a year if possible.

About the apartment:
- 3 bedroom/ 2 bath (you’ll have a shared bathroom)
-Balcony
-LGBTQ+ friendly
-Assigned parking spot
-hardwood floors throughout
-Apartment is over 1400 sq ft
-Month to month lease
-Sadly, no pets

Ralphs, Target, Ross, Vons and CVS are all walking distance.

Location:

- 1 mile from the 10 freeway
- .5 miles from Beverly Hills
- 5 min drive to Culver City
