I am a veterinarian working in west LA. I'm an older female in my 60's and prefer to live with other females (because they tend to be cleaner).. but I'm open to other options. I live out of town and travel to LA 4 days a week for work. I need a room for 3 nights a week. I am rarely there - mostly at work from early in the morning until after dinnertime. I'm quiet, honest and exceptionally neat. I have good financial stats and am a good roommate. I am waiting to hear back about some out of town opportunities and am looking for a month to month to start but likely will be longer term to be discussed when we meet. Ideally in West LA, Santa Monica or Marina Del Rey area. I am looking for a clean, uncluttered space that is safe, quiet, easy access with quiet roommates. I look forward to hearing from you.
