Grace T - $1,500/month

Hi! I am a 20-year-old acting student looking for a place decently close to school. I'm not super organized in my own room, but I am clean and respect the need for organized common spaces. I am also on the quieter side, though I occasionally have to do vocal exercises that require sound. I am big on communication though, so we can work out times that work for everyone. Once school starts, I will be gone Monday through Thursday around 8am-6pm (including commute) or more pretty reliably, as well as fairly often on weekends. In my free time I often hang out at home or sometimes go out with friends. I don't anticipate having people over super often, but it may be necessary sometimes for small rehearsals. I haven't had a kitchen for the past year, but I hope to be able to make meals/meal prep soon. I can't wait to get in touch!
