Looking for a roommate to share my amazing 2 bedroom hell’s kitchen apartment. In the heart of the city near the theater district, bars, restaurants (lots of out door seating), all trains and Central Park. Laundry downstairs, spacious kitchen and eating area. Comfy living room with tv/cable/WiFi . Looking for someone laid back, clean, reliable and responsible. Apartment is a rail road but has two entrances. Room can fit a full or twin bed, lots of closet space. I’m a make up artist and I work in the city. I’m usually at work or with friends (outside of the apartment) and when Im home I mostly keep to myself in my room. You’ll have lots of privacy 😀The rent is $1300 plus electricity. Move in preferably immediate but flexible.
