looking for someone to join our 3-bed 1-bath apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. The room($1350) is sunny with a full closet and big enough for a queen bed, dresser, and desk. The apartment is about a 6 minute walk to the Sterling 2/5 and 12 minute walk to the Prospect Park B/Q; it has in-unit laundry, a s large fire escape/balcony situation, a sizable living room/dining room + a real kitchen and two big ol' cats.
many great coffee shops in the area, several grocery stores within walking distance, and a 15 minute walk to Prospect Park!
