Hello! I'm a 31 year old Austin native who recently moved back to ATX. I'm renting this 2 bedroom house and looking for a roommate to make it more affordable plus have the company! Rent would likely be for one year only as my girlfriend may be moving in in a year. I'm a working professional in IT who works from home, so I'm usually around. I have an 80lb 3.5 year old lab who is very friendly with people but not with other dogs. I'm very neat, don't smoke, and hobbies include basketball, board games, camping, and playing guitar or saxophone. One weird quirk of this house is that my dad lives next door so he'll be around occasionally. The owners of the house have also asked that however I find as a roommate go through the formal lease application/background check process. Let me know if you're interested!
