Luis - $1,250/month

I recently accepted a job in Austin and hoping to move in sometime in early October. Trying to find a place close to downtown or the south side but somewhat flexible.

I’m 27 years old and will be working M-F 8-5 from home (for the foreseeable future) with some light travel here and there. I’ll be bringing a large sectional couch with me (plus some other furniture) so maybe that persuades you. Outside of work I enjoy gaming, hiking, traveling, going out, playing and watching sports (def planning on joining a Rec league), playing board games, going to concerts, etc. Also, I’m LGBTQ+ friendly, liberal, and vaccinated.

Ideal roommate would be a young professional with similar interests and values. Definitely vaccinated as well.
