2 Bedrooms Available in 4 BR Home

Two bedrooms in a 4 bedroom apartment for rent. The apartment is fully furnished except the bedrooms that are for rent. We are located close to highways, grocery stores (Aldi, Stop and Shop, Wegmans), a 10 minute walk to Wellington Station, and a mile from Assembly Row.

-There is currently 1 male and 1 female living in the apartment. We both get along really well and have varying work schedules that allow us time to ourselves. We like to keep things clean and of course are always respectful to one another! There is also another room for rent within this apartment so there will be 4 roommates total.

-2 off-street parking spaces available that we use as first-come-first-serve.

**The person moving out is moving out halfway through August, so rent from 8/15-8/31 would be $375 then starting 9/1 rent would be the usual $750.

-Utilities range from $30-$75 per month depending on the season. Cable and internet TBD as we figure out the new contract.

-Laundry is located in the basement and is currently coin-operated ($2 a wash and $1.50 a dry).
