Hello all!

My roommate is moving out of our apartment in Stoneham on September 1st, and I am looking for someone to move in around then through the next year. I’m looking for someone in their 20’s-30’s who is LGBTQ friendly and respectful (bonus if you are interested in movie nights once in a while)

Apartment Details:
-Rent is $1040/month plus utilities (only electric and internet, gas is included)
-Ideal move in date is September 1st, though this is negotiable between then and November 1st
-2 Bed, 2 Bath: you will have your own bathroom
-Kitchen with marble countertops and appliances
-Common areas already fully furnished
-Very spacious apartment: 1343 square feet, 13x12 bedroom
-features outside patio area
-Free parking included
-20 minute drive into the cambridge/boston area
-ground floor
-One roommate - Me, a 25 year old data male data analyst (he/him). I work a 9-5ish work day, but will sometimes stay up late (12-1AM or so), and have been exclusively working from home since covid.
-covid responsible: following precautions, wearing masks in public spaces, etc
-Laundry machines available in the building lobby, card and coin operated
