Everyone + Newcomers are welcome!! You can move in with as little as a suitcase or the rooms can be emptied to make space for your furniture. Available immediately!!!

The kitchen is fully outfitted with just about every type of small gadget or appliance you can think of for cooking or baking.

Bills included: WIFI, cable, hydro/electricity, water bill, hot water tank fee, gas bill.

We are steps away from the TTC and the new LRT line. Long-term tenancy is preferred but we have had newcomers to Canada stay as little as two months. We are super flexible.
