e have one room in a Bed-Stuy duplex opening up for a sublet starting 2/1! This will be a six-month sublet from February 1st until the end of July and we are hoping to find someone who will stay the whole term.

The room currently has a full bed and a dresser, but could fit additional pieces of furniture such as a shelf or laptop desk. Our space includes the first floor and basement and you will have access to both. The room itself does not have a closet, but there is a large closet on the first floor that will be all yours! We are located close to the Flushing JMZ and Flushing G stops, both of which are only a few minutes away by walking.

-Living room in the basement (great to watch movies in!)
-Washer and dryer IN-UNIT
-Additional storage room that is shared with roommates
-2.5 bathrooms
-A big backyard with a BBQ grill

-Room can come furnished with a bed and dresser if desired

The roommates (female, non-binary, and male) are all in their early 20s and are either full-time students or professionals. The ideal new roommate is in their 20s, LGBTQ+ friendly, clean, and can pay their bills on time. No credit check, but we ask for proof of employment or a guarantor. First month ($1000) and security ($1000) needed to move in!
