hey folks, looking for a female identifying roommate to move into open room in my 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Uptown/Montrose Beach. my current lease is up at the end of April and would like to re-sign, but need to notify landlord of renewal by early March. it’s a third floor apartment with a W/D in basement.
