Lanosmire - $900/month

I'm a 36 male who is now separated from my spouse who now wants to live on their own. Unfortunately this does mean I need to be out by Feb as she moves into her new place and I cannot afford it on my own. I am in sales( so stable job,) and also a freelance photographer. I do have one small black and white cat I've had since she's a kitten, and is probably the sweetest cat you've met. I tend to keep to myself, and work on a lot of projects on my CPU, but am a bit of a night owl. I am very clean and like to keep a clean apartment.
