Serengeti T - $1,000/month

I am looking for a room to lease for a year/sublease with the opportunity to lease full time. I am 24 years old, work in the legal field, and have been living in NY on and off for 8 years now. I am calm yet an extrovert, clean, and I am not much of a homebody. I generally don't have friends over but will have my partner of 4 years over a few times during the week and vice versa. I am fine with pets, though I don't have any myself. I work a 9-6 schedule, M-F.
