I’m looking for a new roommate. My old roommate is moving out when our current lease ends in mid September 2022 since they wanted a more flexible month-to-month lease. I live in Uptown in an apartment complex called Uptown 550. It's a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom - both rooms have walk-in closets. It's one of the cheapest apartments in an upscale apartment complex (which is why I'm happy I locked down on this deal).
The apartment complex has two dog parks, two gyms, one rooftop + rooftop bar with bartenders, one pool, one jacuzzi / spa (which is as big as the pool), steam, sauna, conference rooms, game room with pool/snooker, golf simulator lounge, massage room, coffee bar, and monthly social events organized by the Uptown 550 office. There are also hospitality suites for guests (e.g. if your family is visiting) and EV charging stations.
Lease technically re-starts mid September 2022, but we need to let the leasing office know 75-90 days beforehand and sign the documents ahead of time. That means we need to sign a lease between mid June to start of July 2022. I think I've listed most of the info I have - but if you have any questions please message me!
