Hi, my name is Emma and my boyfriend's name is Stephen. We're looking for a roommate or a couple to sign onto a new lease with us. We have a couple specifications that make it hard to rent a room someone is offering. Such as bigger kitchen, fenced yard, washer/dryer hookups. We have one dog, his name is Pickles. He's very sweet and friendly. Stephen works nights, and I work mornings/afternoons. We're a quieter couple and don't really argue. We've been together over 2 and a half years. We are looking to move as soon as possible. I am good with scheduling tours and we are open to negotiations if you have specific needs in a house. I also cook and bake, so there will usually be something to eat and I like opinions so we'd love to share with our roommate.
