Both guys keep to themselves. One is retired and one is partially retired. You get full control of the thermostat on the main floor where the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom is located so no fighting about temperature control! One guy never cooks, the other rarely cooks so you have most of the kitchen to use for yourself. They are great at not keeping dirty dishes in the sink too. Both are single and not looking to date and never have guests over so it is a pretty quiet house.
