Hi I’m Kathryn! I just purchased a condo near hampden and I-25. Super cute and renovated 2BR, 2BR! I am looking for a clean, respectful roommate to rent my second room.
I do have a hairless cat named Roswell (who happens to be hypo-allergenic if you were wondering!). He is extremely friendly— loves to play and cuddle.
I work in sales (8-5) and am in the office most days. I drink a few times a weeks (mostly weekends) and am 420 friendly (carts inside, flower on the balcony lol). I enjoy skiing, hiking, and brewery hopping on the weekends.
I am a super clean person— I don’t mind if your room is messy but expect the shared places to stay fairly neat.
